Fatou and I made orange marmelade this morning, and it turned out really well- it has set without problems! I am intending to pass it off as a Djenné Djenno invention and speciality, although I found it on the internet: 'traditional Seville Orange Marmalade from Delia Online'. I should be ashamed of myself...
